An Italian manufacturer of precision surgical instruments, 55 million in revenue, supplier to three European national health systems and to two American university hospital networks. How the six-to-ten weeks unfold

Week 1-2 — Discovery & audit

Three days on-site with CEO, marketing, commercial, IT. Audit of the current presence: site, social, sector visibility, deliverability, market perception. Alignment on the company's real positioning, which often does not match what the website communicates.

Week 3-4 — Strategy & blueprint

Definition of the new architecture: information design, brand system, content map, technical SEO plan, presence map. Review workshop with the client. The hard decisions get made here, before execution starts.

Week 5-8 — Orchestrated execution

Coordinated implementation through the partner network. Pan chairs and signs every step: brand system, content, development, technical SEO, presence setup. Weekly internal reviews, milestones visible to the client, traceable responsibility for each area.

Week 9-10 — Handover & monitoring

Formal delivery, internal team training, monitoring setup (Search Console, GA4, SERP monitoring). The client walks out with operational assets and direct access to the partner network, usable in autonomy.

How the investment works

Discovery call (30 minutes, free): we figure out where you are in the chain, what the real priority is, whether you need Foundation or can skip straight to the next step.

Written mini-proposal in 48 hours: scope, calendar, exact investment calibrated to your perimeter (single brand, multi-BU, multi-market).

Scoping call (60 minutes, if the mini-proposal lands well): we define which partners enter the scope, internal stakeholders, measurable milestones.

SOW + contract: signature and kickoff within 7 working days. Payment in three tranches, 40% at kickoff, 40% at intermediate milestone, 20% at handover.

Investment scales with the breadth of the perimeter (single brand, multi-BU, multi-market) and with the number of active network partners. A manufacturing boutique with a single market and a multi-BU multi-country holding have radically different scope. That's why investment is defined in the mini-proposal, not on the site.

No mandatory retainer after the project, no exclusivity clauses, no lock-in on network partners: the network stays accessible to the client.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a website rebuild in disguise?

No. The site is one of seven deliverables, not the whole delivery. Without a coherent presence map, without a brand system, without GEO for procurement AI agents, without basic technical setup, a new site is just a better-looking window on an empty street. This intervenes on the whole floor.

Do you work under your brand or ours?

Under yours. Pan signs the strategy and coordinates, partners execute named by area, the client owns the result. The network stays accessible to the client after the project, and partners are named in the contract. No opaque subcontracting.

What if my company is already on LinkedIn and has a modern site?

We verify it in the discovery call. If the base is already solid, I won't sell a Foundation that isn't needed: we move straight to the next chain step (AI Strategy Sprint, EU AI Act Readiness, Sovereign AI Blueprint). I'll tell you without billing.

How does the cost compare to a full-service digital agency?

Typically less for the senior advisory and the absence of lock-in. More for the strategic coherence and the quality of the partner network. The right comparison includes the internal cost of managing 4-5 disconnected suppliers, for many clients Foundation's ROI shows up exactly there.

Can I engage you only for the strategic part and execute myself?

Yes. There's a lighter version (3-4 weeks, strategy-only, lower investment than the full version) in which Pan produces blueprint, brand brief, content map and template contracts for the partner network, and the client executes with their own suppliers. Decided in scoping call, the mini-proposal reflects the reduced scope.
